The organisation is accredited by the Health and Welfare Seta (HWSETA) and Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) for occupational qualifications registered on the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) It is committed to strengthening the health care system in South Africa by helping to build qualified Community Health Care Workers who are comprehensively trained to improve their own health as well as the health of communities where they live and work.

Integrated and inclusive process with multisectoral stakeholders who work towards the improvement of the health of Communities. Our students are trained in the identification of social determinants of health and their impact in the health of communities.
